Gambling is not a way to make money
Gambling should be occasional entertainment funded by money you can afford to lose. It is not a source of income, not a way out of debt, and not an investment. Running an automated bot does not change that. Betting, including value betting, involves a genuine risk of losing money, and you can lose it quickly.
We make no promise of profit, return or income. Our published results describe the past only, cover settled value bets only, and are not a prediction of what you will experience.
Automation makes it easier to lose track
The software places real money bets on your accounts without asking you first, including mug bets that are expected to lose. That makes it harder to notice how much you are staking and losing than if you were placing every bet by hand.
Check your bookmaker balances and your dashboard regularly, daily while the agent is running. Only fund your accounts with money you can afford to lose, and never with borrowed money, money you need for living costs, or money belonging to anyone else. The simplest way to cap your risk is to limit how much you keep in your bookmaker accounts.
Signs to stop
Stop using the software and seek help if you find yourself betting more than you can afford, chasing losses, hiding your betting from people close to you, borrowing to bet, or feeling anxious, low or out of control about gambling.
You can stop the agent yourself at any time by shutting it down on your server. You do not need our permission or our systems to do it. If you ask us to cancel your subscription because gambling is harming you, we will do so without argument.
Where to get free, confidential help
- GamCare runs the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, free, 24 hours a day.
- BeGambleAware has advice, self-assessment tools and details of local support.
- GAMSTOP is a free scheme that self-excludes you from every GB-licensed online gambling site at once.
If you have self-excluded
Do not buy or use this service if you have self-excluded from gambling, whether through GAMSTOP, a bookmaker's own self-exclusion or cool-off tools, or any equivalent scheme, for as long as that exclusion lasts. The software must never be used to get around a self-exclusion or to keep betting during one. It is your responsibility to know your own status. We cannot check it for you.
If you self-exclude after subscribing, stop using the software at once, shut down your agent, and tell us so we can cancel your subscription.
Setting your own limits
Your unit size sets how much every bet stakes, and your mug bet setting sets how much is spent on cover each day. Both are yours to choose and you can lower them at any time from your dashboard. Bigger unit sizes mean bigger and faster losses when results run against you.
Most bookmakers also let you set your own deposit limits directly with them. We would encourage you to use them. Those limits sit with the bookmaker, apply whatever software you run, and we cannot override them.
